Great - when can I start?
In order to maintain high quality personalised service we take on a limited number of Clients at each given time. We advise to contact us to find the start date that works for you & your family. Once agreed, we will onboard you within 24hrs and start the program soon after.
How soon will I be able to see results?
It varies depending on the nature of the challenges you are facing & methods chosen, but most Clients see noticeable difference within 2-3 days of following our advice.
What methods do you follow?
We do not follow one single method, but use a blended approach, taking various elements from different schools of sleep training. We focus on daytime sleep & naps (as this is oftentimes the root cause of night sleep disturbances), as well as independent sleep, among other angles.
Do you prescribe Cry-It-Out (CIO)?
No we do not practice or offer the Cry-It-Out methods (Ferber, extinction, etc.) in our portfolio.
