Hi, I'm Paulina
and I am the owner and the founder of Tiny Dreams Sleep Consulting. With background in psychology, nutrition & yoga nidra and many years in corporate world under my belt, I now work with parents to help them understand and improve their babies' sleep skills and habits. I am a certified Sleep Consultant with a great success record and a personal approach.
My Story
It's September 2016 and my daughter is 3 months old. Every day late afternoon she cries and cries. Balls her eyes out and nothing I do seems to be working to console her. I google a bit and come across "witching hour" concept, linked to overtiredness. Hmm, interesting... I dig out a book I've been gifted by a colleague that I never thought I would need: "Solve your child's sleep problems" and I begin to read that very same evening.

A few pages in I am hooked. I am fascinated by all the science of baby sleep and decide to give it a try. The results are immediate and remarkable: Margot starts to nap on her own within a couple of days. The witching hour is a distant memory. She is a different child, and so am I! I feel rested, energised, I have time to myself, can even take naps too!! The motherhood and maternity leave I have started to resent become actually enjoyable! Next (at the age of 4 months), I get her to sleep through the night - next time she wakes in the middle of the night it is 2022 and she is 6 years old and has a fever.

Meanwhile, life goes on. I'm busy climbing the corporate ladder, but my interests in sleep, mental well being and healthy active lifestyle are only growing. I continue to help friends, colleagues, family with their baby sleep issues on the side. I toss back and forth between what I am passionate about and the "golden cage". Close to burnout and with insomnia, I take up yoga nidra (sleep yoga) and certify as an instructor, ready to throw in the corporate towel - but it's March 2020 and the world suddenly stops.
Long story short, it took a couple more years (and having another baby!) for me to turn my passions into a business. Today, I coach parents on the importance of good sleep habits and their early formation, and the background behind them. I help families turn things around - so the babies can thrive and the parents can enjoy the parenthood and get their energy back.
